Refund policy

At Cashingdiamonds, we want our customers to shop with confidence. Every item we sell is carefully inspected and described to ensure accuracy.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

7-Day Return Window

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
  • The item received does not match the description.
  • Incorrect information was provided in the listing.
  • The item arrives damaged, scratched, or with an undisclosed issue.

In these cases, the return will be accepted with no restocking fee.

Buyer’s Remorse & Sizing Issues

  • If the item was described correctly and arrives in the promised condition, but the customer decides they no longer want it (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, doesn’t like in person), returns will still be accepted within 7 days of delivery, but:
  • A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply.
  • This fee covers processing costs, shipping expenses, labor, and lost time.
  • The exact percentage will be determined at the seller’s discretion.

Return Policy For Watches:

  • Our return period for (Owned) Watches is initiated within the same day of delivery.
    - Watches must be returned to us with all protective plastics/tape, hang tags & accessories (boxes, papers, etc., as applicable) intact. Until you are positive you will be keeping the watch, do not wear it.
    - Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
    - No return or refund on watches (Stated as Brand New or vintage).

    Return Policy For Jewelry:
    - The return time for (Owned) Jewelry (Diamond Ring, Earrings, Necklace) begins on the same day of delivery.
    - All protective plastics/tape, hang tags, and extras (boxes, papers, etc., where applicable) must be returned to us intact.
    - Return shipping expenses are the buyer's responsibility.
    - No returns or refunds on (Brand New) jewelry.

    Return Policy For Bags:
    - Returns can be initiated within the same day of delivery.
    - Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for Bags.
    - Once the item is shipped back and verified in the same condition as how it was sent, the purchase will be refunded.
    - All items must be returned original packaging and should arrive in the same condition. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. For this reason, we suggest you use an insured carrier with a tracking number, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with delivery or signature confirmation, as you are responsible for the item's safe arrival.

Damaged or wrong product

 Reach out to our customer service support within 48 hours of receiving your shipment with evidence of damage. 

Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be returned in the exact condition received, with all packaging, certificates, and accessories included.
  • Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was misrepresented.

Return Instructions

  • For return requests please reply directly to your original order email or contact our customer support team.
  • We will process and respond to your return request within two business days when we receive your return request. 
  • For returns, you will need to provide a valid order number and provide a reason for the return. 
  • Returned jewelry must be unused, unworn and kept in their original packaging with all included accessories. 
  • Returns must include all items sent in the original package.
  • Returns Addresses will be provided upon contact with customer service as different products may be shipped from different warehouses. 
  • There is no restocking fee

Refund Instructions

  • When your return request is approved, we will enter the refund step. (Request review is generally within 2 working days) 
  • Your refund will be issued after the product is returned. The refund may take 7 business days to be processed and sent, depending on the payment method and bank. 
  • For your security, the refund will be issued via the original payment method and to the original account you used when placing the order. 
  • If your original order includes shipping costs, any shipping costs will not be refunded. 
  • The shipping cost of the return will be borne by the buyer for customer remorse (payment on receipt is not supported).
